宁约瑟

      

宁约瑟,男。河南洛阳人。现任wnsr888威尼斯研究员,博士生导师。国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者,入选农业农村部“杰出青年农业科学家”、中国农学会“青年科技奖”和中国农科院“农科英才领军人才B类”。

2005年获河南农业大学农学专业学士学位,2011年获湖南农业大学作物遗传育种专业博士学位,2006年-2010年在教育部博士生访学计划资助下在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所遗传学专业进行联合培养,2010年-2011年在美国俄亥俄州立大学植物病理系做访问博士研究生。2011年至今在wnsr888威尼斯植物病虫害生物学国家重点实验室工作;2014年2月-2014年5月在美国俄亥俄州立大学植物病理系做访问学者。

主要从事水稻与稻瘟菌互作和水稻抗病性遗传学研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金和国家重点研发计划子课题等国家级课题多项,以稻瘟菌效应蛋白致病机制和水稻寄主抗病机制研究为切入点,解析水稻与稻瘟菌互作分子机制并取得重要进展,为创制新的病害防控策略奠定了重要基础。研究结果先后发表SCI收录论文40余篇,总被引频次1800余次。其中,以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Genome Biology、Trends in Plant Science、Current Biology、Science Bulletin、Molecular Plant和PLoS Pathogens等杂志发表高水平SCI论文21篇。获得国家发明专利2项,排名第一。受邀在国际植物微生物互作大会(2019 IS-MPMI XVIII Congress)、国际稻瘟病大会(The 8th International Rice Blast Conference)、水稻功能基因组国际研讨会(2017 International Symposium of Rice Functional Genomics)和全国植物生物学大会等国内外重要学术会议上做特邀报告十余次。2013年获得湖南省优秀博士论文称号;2015年12月入选中国科协首批“青年人才托举工程”项目;2017年10月入选中国农科院“科研英才培育计划”;2018年6月入选中国植物病理学会“青年植物病理学家奖”;2018年8月获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金资助;2018年11月入选农业农村部“杰出青年农业科学家”;2019年1月获得中国农科院“农科英才领军人才B类”特殊支持;2021年2月获得中国农学会“青年科技奖”。
